Firstly Shubra understood our needs & gave us our space on making up our minds about the house we wanted. Secondly given we had a "Seller's market", time was of the essence & Shubra was awesome with getting us to see the house on "day 1" & was always available & super good about follow ups & returning phone calls. And lastly her best attribute is that she WILL respond no matter what within 2minutes or if she is not able to then she will inform you and call back at the right time.

Although I was remote she made the process (of selling the property) so easy that I didnt have to worry that I was remote. She was on dot on estimating the price of the property.
